Hose length decides where it can stand
Bedrooms in Dutch rentals rarely have a floor drain; bathrooms and kitchens do. If the damp room is the bedroom, either accept emptying it daily or put the unit in the bathroom with the door shut and dry only that room. Measure from the damp room to the nearest drain before ordering: past 1.35 m the hose is no help.
240 W, about 1.9 kWh over eight hours
The spec sheet lists 240 W, 45 dB and rooms up to 70 m². Eight hours of continuous running is roughly 1.9 kWh, so multiply by your own tariff for a monthly figure. At 45 dB it is audible in a bedroom at night; run it during the day and switch it off before bed if that matters.

There is also a laundry-drying mode, useful for drying indoors in winter, but it runs at full speed, fills the tank faster and makes the hose more or less essential.
