The sum: 34.99 divided by what you paid for your last haircut = the number of home cuts to break even. Put that published tariff through it and 34.99 divided by 30.50 is 1.15, which means the machine is paid off on the second cut you do yourself. For someone who cuts six times a year, the first year after that is close to a hundred and fifty euro kept. No product page runs this division, because the second number it needs is in your own memory.
The part that does not hold has to be said plainly, or the sum is a lie. Twenty-eight lengths plus comb attachments deliver an even clipper cut, not the cut a barber makes. A fade, scissor work, the sideburn line and the line at the neck do not appear because you changed comb size, and the back of your head is a place you cannot see, so somebody has to run it for you.
