- The birthday ticket includes entry, 30 minutes in the party room and a soft drink; VIP also adds VR and a poster.
- Birthday bookings require at least seven tickets, and every adult entering the room or exhibition needs a valid ticket.
- Allow about 60–90 minutes; prices start at €17.90, socks are required in the ball pit and minors need adult supervision.
