A 21-page weekend flyer starting Friday 18 September. The opening weekend prices end on Sunday the 20th, such as 500 g of baby potatoes at 0,69 euro instead of 0,99, while the branded pages that follow run until Thursday the 24th. Many branded lines show an E…
What you need to know
You stop at the supermarket on the way home on Friday, hoping to cover weekend breakfasts and snacks in one go. The cover of this 21-page ALDI flyer promises weekend deals up to 30 per cent cheaper, and the header dates run from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 September: 500 g of Daylicious mini-krieltjes for 0,69 euro (was 0,99) and 250 g of soup meatballs for 2,99 euro (was 3,55), both for this weekend only.
Further in, the pages headed A-MERKEN VOOR ALDI-PRIJZEN carry a different date, 18 to Thursday 24 September, so one flyer has two end dates. The prices printed beside those branded lines are not ALDI’s own earlier prices but ELDERS prices: the footnote explains that one asterisk is the price measured on the AH web shop on 24 August 2026, and two asterisks the price on the Plus or Jumbo web shop that same day. The sum is one minus the ALDI price divided by today’s shelf price at the supermarket you normally use. The ELDERS figure is more than three weeks old, so plug in what you see today, not the printed number.
The three items highlighted on the page cover three corners of a weekend restock:
- LIGA Belvita koekjes 300 g at € 1,69: the biscuits you grab for breakfast on a rushed morning. The ELDERS price beside it is 3,69 euro (Plus web shop, 24 August), and per kilo this works out at about 5,63 euro. Several flavours share the price, while stocks last.
- Calvé Pindakaas 350 g at € 2,49: peanut butter for sandwiches, or the base for a quick satay sauce. The ELDERS price is 5,49 euro (AH web shop, 24 August); run it through the sum above and it comes out about 55 per cent lower, roughly 7,11 euro per kilo. Creamy and crunchy are both included.
- Andrélon Shampoo men 400 ml at € 2,59: the bottle in the bathroom that runs out first. The ELDERS price is 6,45 euro (AH web shop, 24 August), about 6,48 euro per litre. There are several versions, such as anti-dandruff and marine fresh, so pick by hair type.

The back half switches to non-food from Saturday 19 September: pet supplies, children’s underwear and pyjamas, and toys, such as a seven-pack of children’s socks for 3,99 euro and pyjamas for 5,99 euro a set. Those lines say vanaf Za. 19.09., so they are not on sale if you go on Friday.
Worth noting: the flyer says nothing about stock per branch, and most branded lines are marked OP=OP, gone when sold out. Before you set off, note today’s price elsewhere for the few items your household actually uses, run each through the sum above, and decide which are worth picking up at ALDI on Friday.
