Once school is back, last year's jeans are suddenly too short, and the tea towels and bath towels that got through the summer are due for replacing. This HEMA flyer, themed STAPELGEK, runs from Monday 14 to Sunday 20 September 2026, and almost every offer works by quantity: the more pieces you take, the higher the percentage off.

That makes the number of pieces the first thing to work out. All servies is 10% off for 2 pieces, 20% off for 4 and 50% off for 6. If every piece costs the same amount P, four pieces cost 4 × P × 0.8 = 3.2P while six cost 6 × P × 0.5 = 3P, so the two extra pieces make the total lower. Put in the unit price and quantity of the item you want to see which tier is worth stopping at.

The offers fall into three areas of the home:

• Kitchen and table: all keukentextiel is 15% off for 2, 25% off for 4 and 40% off for 6, excluding 4-piece sets; all servies goes up to 50% off for 6. Plates, bowls and tea towels tend to be replaced as a set, so this is a week to do it in one go.
• Wardrobe basics: all packed basic heren-t-shirts (short or long sleeve, round or V-neck, black or white, S to XXL) are 50% off for 3 packs; dames- en herensokken including multipacks are 40% off for 3 packs; dames- en herenondergoed is 35% off for 3 packs, bras excluded; baby- en kinderspijkerbroeken are 40% off for 3, useful for a child who is growing fast.
• Bathroom and daily supplies: all badtextiel is 20% off for 4, 25% off for 6 and 40% off for 10; vitamins and supplements, and all face care, cleansing and masks, are 50% off for 3, travel minis excluded; coffee beans in 1 kg bags and decaf in 500 g bags are 30% off for 3 bags.

A few offers use fixed prices instead: sfeerlichten with 6 burning hours, 75 to a bag, are 10 euros for 2 bags and 13 euros for 3; wit A4-papier, 500 sheets, is 9 euros for 2 packs, 13 for 3 and 20 for 5; the aardbeiengebakje is 6 euros for 2 and 10 euros for 4, sold in stores with a pastry counter and on hema.nl. In the photo service, basic photo books are 60% off for 3 and wall decoration is 40% off, both excluding processing costs.

The flyer shows quantities and percentages but does not say whether different items can be mixed to reach a tier or which pieces the discount is calculated on; it points to HEMA's small print instead, so check in store or on hema.nl before paying. HEMA pas holders can also trade 50 points for a free cup of coffee or tea.

Hokimi tip: before heading out, count how many towels, plates and pairs of socks at home really need replacing, then set that number against the tiers above.
