Action's week 37 flyer runs to thirty-eight pages and prints its window directly under the cover banner: Wednesday 09-09-26 through Tuesday 15-09-26. That is worth knowing on its own if you are new here, because Action's week runs Wednesday to Tuesday rather than the Monday-to-Sunday week the supermarkets use, so this week at the supermarket and this week at Action are not the same seven days.

The cover deal is Dreft Clean & Fresh washing-up liquid. A blue flash says 500 ml, the orange price tag says per stuk 0,99, and in the bottom corner of that same tag sits a small line reading 2,83/l. Those three numbers do not sit together: 0,99 divided by 0,5 litres is 1,98 a litre, not 2,83, while 0,99 divided by 0,35 litres comes out at exactly 2,83. In other words the printed litre price describes a 350 ml bottle rather than the 500 ml on the flash. In store, go by the shelf label and the volume on the bottle itself.

The point is not catching an error but building a habit. Every price tag in an Action flyer prints a per-litre or per-kilo figure in that bottom corner, and dividing it once tells you where the large number actually sits. Two tags on page two show it working: the Trolli Number 1 sweet mix is 3,99 for a kilo with 3,99/kg beneath it, which matches exactly, and the children's slippers are 2,49 a pair with 2,49/st beneath them, which also matches. That small line is usually reliable, and it is precisely because it is reliable that the one that does not match deserves a second look.

The remaining thirty-six pages follow Action's usual mix of household goods, cleaning, stationery, toys and seasonal lines.
