The skewer style wasn't really my thing, but honestly, apart from that, everything was super fresh and very tasty! We arrived around 6 PM when it was still pretty empty and quiet, which was great. By the time we left, the place was completely packed. Good food and nice vibe overall.

Yuan’s Hot Pot in Amsterdam was outstanding. The ingredients were fresh, the broth was rich and flavourful, and every dish tasted incredible. The service was warm and attentive, making the whole experience even better. A top‑tier hot pot spot and absolutely worth the visit.

One of our favourite hotpot places in whole Europe. Delicious soup base with lots of options to boil. Price is quite reasonable as well. Service is excellent as always. Thanks to Hubert this time that we had a great dinner this weekend.
